At home&community, we know that many communities struggle to realize their goals not because of lack of great leadership, but because they lack the funds and resources to implement their plans.
We have worked with residents all across the nation to craft successful proposals for getting the funds they need. We can help you, too.
Our success includes grants as large as $250,000 and as small as $5,000. They are from federal, state and local resources. In addition, we've assisted with drafting documents for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for non-profit resident groups -- another important way for groups to become eligible for resources.
